Born in Ecuador, having studied (Sorbonne-EHESS) and worked in France, and now residing in Mexico, he has developed expertise that allows him to navigate between different cultures. Drawing on his in-depth knowledge of Mexico and the region, acquired since 1994, his extensive network of contacts, his background in journalism (co-founder of Courrier International), and his experience in conflict zones, can be very usefull to coordinate alla kinds of production. He also dedicates himself to monitoring, gathering, and analyzing information from the Internet, social media, and specialized press.
His regular tracking of evolving issues and topics makes him a valuable asset during the documentary writing phases. As a local producer, his expertise encompasses the entire filming process: scouting, logistics, liaising with communities, and ensuring on-site team safety in sensitive areas.
